Every quote you asked for while signed in: which yard, what, and the price you were shown. The yard you asked can see that you asked: for a price request, the name, phone and email you typed, once it has claimed its Pilebase listing; for a contractor quote, your name and business name. They are in your data download, and deleting this account deletes them.

Contractors: verify once. Give us the business name, its website and the state you work in, and we look it up: its public listing and its own site. Checks out clearly and you are verified on the spot; anything less and we send you the questions that would settle it. Nothing here rejects.

The address on this account is how your orders find you, so moving it takes proof of the new one: we send a confirmation link there, and nothing changes until you tap it. The address you have now gets a heads-up at the same time, with nothing in it to click.
When push is switched on for this site, push notifications tell you when your order is confirmed, ready, or delivered. Nothing else, and never anything you are being charged. Email tells you all of it either way, so turning this off costs you nothing.
Download everything the marketplace holds about you, as one file. Yards keep their own books; this is the marketplace's copy.
Removes your name, email, phone, addresses and sign-in, and disconnects your tracking links. Order records stay in the books without your name attached. That part is the yards' and our transaction history.
