Everything Pilebase has written down, and which of it is in effect today.

Two kinds of page live here, and the tag beside each one says which.
- In effect. A description of what Pilebase actually does. Every sentence on those pages was checked against the running code on the date the page carries.
- For review. A document that would create obligations or limit what anyone can claim. Those are published so they can be read, and they are not in force. Nothing on this site asks anyone to accept them, and there is no checkbox anywhere.
For anyone using the marketplace
And, in the case of the listing policy, for any business that finds itself listed here.
- Accessibilityin effect Pilebase builds to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as its internal standard. What that means, how it is checked, what we know does not meet it yet, and how to report a barrier.
- Advertising policyfor review What a paid placement on Pilebase is, what it can never be, why nobody in a comparison can buy space beside it, and how to report an ad.
- Copyright and DMCA noticesin effect How to send Pilebase a copyright takedown notice, what it must contain, how to file a counter notice, and our repeat infringer policy.
- Listing policy and removal commitmentin effect Why a business appears on Pilebase without asking, exactly what is and is not claimed about it, how to correct a fact, and how to be removed. Removal within one business day, no questions asked.
- Privacy policyin effect What Pilebase collects when you use the marketplace, why, how long it is kept, who else sees it, and how to get a copy of it or delete your account.
- Security contactin effect How to report a security vulnerability in Pilebase, what we promise in return, and what is in scope.
- Storage and cookiesin effect Every cookie, every item in browser storage and every cached file pilebase.io puts on your device, what each one is for, and how to clear it.
- Terms of servicefor review The terms that will govern using pilebase.io and ordering through it. Published for review. Pilebase introduces, the yard sells, the yard's own refund policy governs, and the yard's ticket is the final word.
For supply yards and nurseries
The documents that would govern claiming a listing and running the free software.
- Portal acceptable usefor review The rules for using the Pilebase yard portal: what you may do with a buyer's details, what you may publish about your own business, and what gets an account suspended.
- Advertiser termsfor review The terms for buying a paid placement on Pilebase: a flat fee for a dated run, no placement in results, no reported statistics, and what gets an ad refused or pulled.
- Software terms, and how we handle your customers' datafor review The terms for the free Pilebase yard software, Storefront and Complete: what free does and does not entitle you to, who owns the data, how to export it, and the data processing terms for your own customers' personal information.
- Yard agreementfor review The agreement for a supply yard or nursery that claims its Pilebase listing. You are the seller, you keep your prices, your own refund policy governs your sale, and Pilebase takes 2% of an order paid through its checkout, or 2.5% if you run Complete.
