The software is free.
On an order we bring you: 2%, or 2.5% on Complete.

Every rung is free, including the full operations platform. Listed puts your yard in front of buyers and we make nothing on it. Claimed and Complete cost nothing to run. The one fee on an order we bring you is 2% of the order, or 2.5% if you run Complete when the marketplace brings you one: flat, no minimum, no cap, charged to the yard and shown on every order, with the buyer's total left as your own price.

Every yard starts here · nothing to sign

Your yard in front of buyers looking for what you carry: your materials, your phone, and the prices you publish, stamped with the date we confirmed them. Pilebase makes nothing on this layer.

  • Your listing. Materials, phone and website, with your published prices where you publish them, and your hours once you claim it.
  • Buyer requests, saved. A buyer can ask your listing for what they need, how much and when. Sending that on to you is not switched on yet: it waits on a legal answer, and until then the buyer is told plainly it has not been sent. Claim your listing and orders come to your inbox instead. No fee on either, ever.
  • Never resold. Your prices are shown as yours, linked to where you publish them, never marked up.
How the listings are built
Nothing to do: if you run a supply yard or nursery in a listed state, you are likely already here. If not, add your yard and listing stays free.
Complete
Freethe whole platform
2.5% on marketplace orders · half a point more, and why

The operations half that moves material from the pile to the customer's driveway. Real software that replaces the whiteboard, and it is free, exactly like the rung below it, and the one difference is the rate on a marketplace order: 2.5% rather than 2%.

Everything in Listed and Claimed, plus:
  • Loader queue. What to pull next, in order, on the yard computer or a tablet.
  • Dispatch board. Assign trucks, track what's on the road, live arrival times to customers.
  • The driver app. Each driver's stops on their own phone: navigate, call, mark delivered.
  • Inventory. Stock drawn down as orders load, so you can't oversell a pile.
  • Day-end report and delivery insights. The drive and load minutes you quoted against how long each run took.
  • Your books, connected. Every order is booked once its amount is final, with materials, delivery, fees and tax as separate lines: a sales receipt when it was paid, an invoice when it was not. QuickBooks Online is the accounting system we have built an adapter for so far, and it is the one you can connect today. The order is handed over in a shape that names no vendor, so adding Xero or Sage is an adapter rather than a rebuild. It runs one way: orders go out, and nothing is read back.
Talk with the team about Complete
Onboarding is done with you, not sold to you: catalog import, delivery zones and your books, set up together, at no charge. Nothing up front, nothing monthly, and no per-seat anything. Your counter sales, your phone orders and orders on your own ordering page are yours: we do not bill them and we take nothing from them.

Claimed and Complete, side by side.

Both cost nothing to run. What separates them is the operations half — everything that happens after somebody has ordered — and half a point on an order the marketplace brings you. Everything above that line is on both.

Every row below names the features it describes, and a check holds its Yes and No to the list the software reads to switch a module on.
